Manage the entire filling operation by controlling filler functions such as starting/stopping, adjusting speeds, coordinating variable speed controls etc. Maintain vigilance for any upsets within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsets. Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of the filler’s operational capacities and its operational limitations. Ability to identify unsafe conditions and react with proper techniques to correct these conditions. Ability to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance department. Manage alerts to maintenance and management for all maintenance related issues.The above statement describes the general nature and level off work only. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to sit, kneel, bend at waist, reach and extend arms. Must have good manual dexterity. Ability to function in a range of temperatures.
