About HUPCHarmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare, LLC. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform. We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work

Have active Intern Florida Medical License or be in the process of obtaining one.

Must have completed your master’s in at least one of the following:

Social Work

Mental Health Counseling

Marriage & Family Therapy

General Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual counseling sessions to address patients' emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Collaborate with medical and internal teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.

Offer crisis intervention and support during times of acute distress or emergency situations.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and Company regulations.

Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families in managing mental health concerns.

Participate in regular professional development activities, enhance clinical skills and knowledge, and have internal meetings with various departments.

Work Schedule

1099 only, can work 40 hours per week. Office hours are: Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours).

A blend of in-office clinical and at-home telehealth is available

Additional hours available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Telehealth only)
