Job Title: Accounts Payable ProcessorJob DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for entering invoices, ensuring they are correctly matched, and processing payments. You will assist with making ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks. This high-volume data entry role involves processing 200-300 invoices daily, with a minimum of 150 invoices per day.Responsibilities

Assist with ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks.
Handle a high volume of data entry, processing 200-300 invoices daily.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume Accounts Payable processing (150 invoices per day).
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
Experience with purchase orders and three-way matching.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to pass a 10 key assessment with a score of 10,000 or above.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Experience in a shared services environment is highly desirable.
Workday experience is a plus.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a professional, corporate office environment, seated in your own cubicle. The Accounts Payable team consists of 50-60 members, including 1 Director, 2 Managers, 5 Supervisors, and the rest are AP Specialists. The dress code is business professional from Monday to Thursday and business casual on Fridays. Working hours are between 8 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility required for shifts within these hours.
