Description:The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily in a Healthcare Shared Services environment. The right candidate will have had experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This candidate will know how to do imaging, invoicing, processing, and payments (dealing with ACH checks, credit cards, 1099's, and bank stop payments).Additional Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable; or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Shared Services experience is a huge plus!
Must score 10,000 or more on a 10-key test; if not, then an Excel test will be issued
Experience with 3-way matching
Experience with Disbursement processing
Has worked with a large ERP system. Peoplesoft a plus
Familiar with queries, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
Experience with coding invoices
