Remote Customer Service Rep

Description:Our client, a third party administrator is seeking candidates to support their call center This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details. The program is supporting a state funded program known as FL Healthy Kids. Candidate will be responsible for administering information regarding premium increases/decreases, start and end of coverage and all other miscellaneous plan information.o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
