Basic Job FunctionThis position is located at the customers site in McLean, VA and will assist Workplace Team Lead with conference center operations for assigned major national account. Responsible for assuring customer is highly satisfied with Hilldrup’s service delivery. Must be able to take direction from Workplace Team Lead and work together with additional Workplace Move Associates to successful completion of assigned projects. Move associates interact with our customers on a daily basis and represent our culture and values, as well as our history of exceptional customer service delivery and putting the customer first.Position ScopeWorks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position is located on-site at client’s headquarters in Mclean, Virginia and is Monday through Thursday with occasional need for Friday. Typical work includes but is not limited to conference room set up and reconfiguration in public spaces and meeting rooms. Job task flexibility and the ability to take guidance from other team members are essential.Minimum Job Qualifications RequiredEducation: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred. Training available.Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required. Other Minimum Qualifications: Required to be on your feet up to 10 hours daily. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds individually and up to 400 pounds as a team member.
