We are seeking skilled Impound Tow Truck Driver's to join our team for our Beltsville, MD location
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles that have broken down, been damaged in accidents, or impounded.

- Drive and operate a wheel lift to move vehicles to designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with vehicle owners
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs if needed
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently
Requirements
Experience required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- Experience operating a wheel lift and flatbed
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair is a plus
