Job Description:
We are currently looking for compassionate and responsible NEMT drivers to join our team. As an NEMT driver, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals access medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe and comfortable transportation while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
Compassion and empathy towards passengers
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow safety and health protocols
Availability to work flexible hours
Previous NEMT or medical transportation experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Safely transport passengers to and from their destinations
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
Ensure passengers are secure and comfortable during transit
Adhere to all safety and health guidelines
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
