JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
The Underground Water Utilities Foreman will oversee and manage shift employees and ensure compliance with safety,
quality, and quantity standards. The Foreman oversees the daily workflow and assignments.
The recruiting team will be holding in person interviews on Tuesday July 29th from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report project progress to superiors
Develop a work schedule for workers
Supervise all construction workers
Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
Solves disputes between workers
Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
Assign tasks to construction workers
Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILIITIES
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and
machinery

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
Must be able to drive various construction vehicles without assistance
Must be able to squat, lift, stretch, and bend in order to reach all areas on jobsite
Must be able to climb ladder or stairs
Must have good hand/eye coordination
Must be able to stand for long periods of time during an 8-hour period
Must be able to walk long distances during an 8-hour period
Ability to work in different weather conditions
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time throughout a minimum 8-hour day
Salary Range: $83K to $93K
