IDS’s main focus is on repair and preservation of historic properties in the Washington, DC area. We are in search of a Hardscaping Patio Estimator/Salesperson, with a focus on residential.
Essential Job Duties:
We are seeking skilled laborers with experience in general remodeling.
Role Includes:
-Interior and exterior framing work
-Interior and exterior finish carpentry
-Drywall experience is a plus
-Painting experience is a plus
-Tile experience is a plus
-Masonry experience is a plus
Safe use of hand & power tools, lifting, and jobsite organization
