WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must enjoy working in a service industry with residential customers
High level of motivation and great work ethic
Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English
Must work in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service is the primary job description for all employees.
Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, faucets, pumps, toilets, valves, etc
Snaking/Drain cleaning experience
Residential Gas work
Able to physically perform tasks without impairment necessary to position’s needs. Pulling & setting Toilet, Setting Water Heaters, etc.
Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance.
Service Area: Northern Virginia only (we do not service DC or MD)
Applicant requirements:
Minimum 5 years documented experience as a Residential Service Plumber
Good Attitude with a desire to work and generate work
Strong customer service and Diagnostic Skill
Valid Drivers license with good driving record (will be verified)
Strong knowledge of Plumbing Code and its application
Dependable, reliable with expectation and ability to work full time
Experience with field/dispatching software (FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro etc) a plus but not required
HVAC service and installation knowledge is a plus but not required
