Contractor looking to hire pre-construction assistant to help with bidding, RFIs, cost estimates and proposals.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing project requirements and schedules.
- Quoting materials and work orders.
- Communicating with clients and vendors.
- Able to attend site visits when required.
Skills and Qualifications.
- Strong communication skills is a must as the selected candidate will be directly interacting with clients.
- Proficient with software and systems as they are used in a daily basis. Excel, word, Outlook are a must.
- Be able to multitask as required.
- Motivated self-starter individual with problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented ensuring accurate estimates and proposal.
- Technical knowledge in the construction industry is a plus. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general contracting.
