Job Title: Carpenter/Handyman/Painter

- Seeking a part-time or full-time carpenter, painter, or handyman with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Will consider individuals with less experience if they are self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Must have reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check
- Pay starts at $22-27 per hour, depending on experience, for a 90-day trial period
- Possibility of pay increase after the trial period, based on evaluation
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry, painting, and handyman tasks according to project requirements
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, painting, or handyman work (or less experience with self-motivation and willingness to learn)
