Open Positions
Apprentice Woodworker: An excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn the craft of woodworking, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with experienced woodworkers.
Finisher Sanding / Spraying: Set up, operate, or tend machines to coat, paint, strip, smooth, and shape a wide variety of wood products.
Machine Operator (CNC, Edgebander, etc): Operate computer-controlled tools and machines to process parts made of wood, plastic, or other materials.
Assistant Project Manager: Partner with experienced project managers and learn how to successfully manage architectural millwork construction projects from start to finish.
Draftsman: Create millwork shop drawing packages in AutoCAD 2D and/or 3D. This will include cabinets, panels, reception desks, feature walls, planters, stairs, and other custom items.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role, but may include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans
- Operating woodworking machinery
- Performing detailed woodworking tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
- Collaborating with team members to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Finishing wood surfaces, including sanding, staining, painting, and coating
Qualifications will vary depending on the position, but generally include:
- Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, carpentry, or related field (experience level will depend on the specific role)
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools, machinery, and industry software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials as needed
