We are seeking Honest and Hard Working Sub Contractors with Basement Finishing & Addition building experience. We have 25 years of stability and would like to hire an experienced sub contractor with turnkey experience from obtaining building permits to building the entire addition or finishing a basement. Business is rising once again and this can be a lucrative opportunity for you. We have a lot of work for this season and can keep a qualified contractor busy for the entire year. The following positions are available immediately for consideration:
ADDITION BUILDERS/BASEMENT FINISH
OUR BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid Driver's License
-Legal Work Status in USA
-Virginia State Contractor's License Class A or B (RBC ONLY)
-Liability Insurance.
-Must have all tools and transportation.
-Minimum 10 years Experience in Additions or Basements.
-Good references and be customer
friendly with a good attitude.
-Good supervision skills and onsite management.
