ULTRA Company General Contractors has openings for COMMERCIAL INTERIORS CARPENTERS and FOREMEN for our Construction Services Division. This team performs repairs, renovations, and small builds at commercial properties in our area.
With the tremendous number of requests for our services from repeat clients, we are now expanding our team.
You will be working with and supervising crews on Small Commercial Renovations with both subcontractors and our in-house crews. For the right candidate, you will be promoted to supervisory role to assist the Project Management team.
A Minimum of 7 years experience with COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION projects is required.
Qualifications include knowledge of and experience with:
Drywall Framing and Hanging
Rough Carpentry
General Finish Carpentry
Acoustical Ceilings
Hang Doors and Frames
Hardware and Fixture Installation
Must be Able to Read, Interpret and Follow Drawings
Ability to Layout is Required
Ability to do Small Demolition
Ability to Run Smaller Sized Commercial Renovation Projects
Must have Full Complement of Tools and Full Time Transportation
Must have legal status to work and be fluent in English
