FINISHED HARDWARE INSTALLER WANTED (MANASSAS)
Atlantic Building Supply is a company established over 44 years ago located in Manassas, VA with long term contracts in VA, MD, and DC. We are looking for an experienced installer of door hardware, shower doors, mirrors, heavy frameless glass, wire shelving, and bathroom accessories in new residential housing.
Installers are paid by the piece for hardware, shower doors and by the foot for shelving. The average trained installer makes around $1,200 per week. Installers will be paid hourly at the beginning of employment during a training period. Installers are responsible for quality of work which will be reviewed regularly.
Qualifications:
Finished door hardware, framed and frameless shower enclosures, ventilated shelving, mirrors and bath accessory installation experience
Must have a valid and active drivers license with no restrictions
Good references and a history of performing quality work
Experience using hand and power tools including: hammer, screwdrivers, cordless drill, levels, and hack saw.
Tools will be provided
Knowledge of proper safety practices when using tools
Ability to read floor plans
Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Must have the ability to occasionally lift over 85 pounds
Ability to work in varied temperatures with same climate conditions of the region
