WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must enjoy working in a service industry with residential customers
High level of motivation and great work ethic
Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English
Must work in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Immediate full time position available for self-motivated, bright, dependable & mechanically inclined individual who is interested in making a career in the Air Conditioning & Heating field. You will start out working with technicians, picking up parts and helping out on installs and service calls. Our goal is to train you to become a full-service technician. This is an entry-level position with ALOT of room to advance and start a career.
Service Area: Northern Virginia only (we do not service DC or MD)
Applicant requirements:
Good Attitude with a desire to work and generate work
Strong customer service
Valid Drivers license with good driving record (will be verified)
Dependable, reliable with expectation and ability to work full time
Experience with field/dispatching software (FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro etc) a plus but not required
HVAC service and installation knowledge is a plus but not required
