Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of home repairs, including but not limited to:
- Basic carpentry (e.g., door and window repairs, trim work)
- Drywall repair and painting
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Fixture installation and replacement
- Conduct thorough assessments of repair needs and provide accurate estimates
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects when needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in home repair, maintenance, or related field
- Broad knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing ladders)
