Dulles Glass and Mirror, a well-established, mid size, high-end full-service glass and mirror company is currently looking to add new members to our company's Installation team on a full-time basis at our Baltimore location. We have been serving the DC metro area for over 20 years. Our company has experienced a large increase in its business volume requiring a larger work force to meet the demand.
Job Description:
Dulles Glass and Mirror is seeking Full Time Glass Installation Apprentices. Apprentices will assist the Installation Techs with all aspects of installation while learning the craft of glazing and installation.
This position is designed specifically with advancement in mind and will present successful candidates with the ability to earn promotions, bonuses and raises based on their own personal growth while on the job.
EXTENSIVE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
You will be training under an experienced lead technician with years of experience. Ideal candidates are individuals seeking to grow with our company, learn a new trade, and move up the ranks to higher level positions.
Shifts are either 4 days x 10 hours/day or 5 days x 8 hours/ day, with ability to work overtime.
Required Qualifications:
Authorized to work in US
Must pass background check
Valid driver’s license with GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED. Company vehicle provided - All of our associates are always paid for company driving time!
Familiarity with Glass and Mirror Glazing and/or Residential remodeling industry is a PLUS, but not required.
