A non-union Electrical Contracting company focused on commercial installations is looking to hire an experienced Leader with a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management. Must have the ability to manage, train, supervise team members and ensure quality work.

Qualifications:

-

- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising crews of 5 to 20 personnel, with proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers regarding schedules, scope changes, and the management of materials and labor.

- Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams, bend conduit, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and low voltage cabling is required.

- Strong work ethic and attention to safety protocols

- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

- Must provide documents establishing both Identity and Employment Authorization.

- Punctuality is essential; must arrive on time daily with appropriate hand tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Plus:

- Experience in both commercial and residential electrical work

- Active Journeyman License

- OSHA Certification

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
