We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our team. We are a first class, fun, and professional bike shop located in the heart of Leesburg, VA. Riding in the area is thriving with gravel, mountain, cross and road! We are passionate about providing top-notch service to cyclists of all levels and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bicycle repairs and maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with various types of bicycles.
- Assemble new bicycles and perform quality checks to ensure they meet our standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with recommendations and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the shop.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bicycle Mechanic is required.
- Knowledge of various types of bicycles (e-bike knowledge is a plus!).
- Passion for cycling and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
