We're looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Wood Framer to work alongside our experienced Carpentry Foreman to build exceptional structures that stand the test of time.
Key Responsibilities:
Required
o Assist the Carpentry Foreman in constructing wood frames for residential and commercial buildings.
o Maintain and operate hand and power tools effectively and safely.
o Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.
o Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Preferred
o Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
o Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
o Provide Quality Control Inspections
Languages:
Russian, English
Qualifications:
Proven experience in carpentry or wood framing (minimum 2 years preferred).
Familiarity with construction blueprints and schematics.
Proficient with a variety of carpentry tools and materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical fitness and stamina for lifting and working on ladders or scaffolding.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OR carpooling is always offered when logistically possible.
