Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision: Lead and manage a team of skilled painters and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of complex commercial painting projects.
2. Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, materials, and resource allocation.
3. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all painting projects meet or exceed industry and client specifications.
4. Team Development: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment.
5. Resource Management: Efficiently manage painting resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment for the team and clients.
Qualifications:
Highly experienced as a Commercial Painting Supervisor or large project foreman (apartment buildings,
warehouses, shopping centers, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment on
REPAINTING PROJECTS.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
American citizen capable of working in secure locations.
