Job Description:
Foster Remodeling Solutions (FRS) seeks a Carpenter Apprentice/Helper who is in search of long term, stable employment with benefits. Job Duties:
Assist Lead Carpenter and/or Carpenters in completing their daily activities with residential remodeling projects.
Follow all power tool, construction, and company safety rules.
Unpack and put away tools daily.
Make sure job site always remains clean and safe.
Make material pick-ups and deliveries while obeying all traffic laws.
Adapt to different working environments/weather conditions including physical requirements, i.e., stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, walking & lifting.
Assist with demolition, trash & material removal.
Assist Lead Carpenter or Carpenters in completing their daily activities as requested.

Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
Ability to climb a ladder.
Desire to learn construction trade.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & good driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
$18-$20 an hour
Monday – Friday work week 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
