Bicycle Store Assistant Service Manager

Griffin Cycle is looking for an Assistant Service Manager to help run our bicycle service department. This position requires a solid foundational knowledge of how to repair all bicycles, including adjusting gears, brakes, truing wheels, tightening bearing points, replacing cables, bleeding hydraulic brakes, etc. In addition to bicycle repair knowledge, the Assistant Service Manager will also be interacting with customers for the purpose of checking in bicycles for service. Our shop uses the Ascend Point-of-Sale system, therefore having prior knowledge of how to use Ascend is a huge plus. You'll find Ascend is used at most major Trek dealers.
