A well established, busy, high volume full service Midas Auto Service &; Tire Center facility located at 7892 SUDLEY ROAD in MANASSAS, VA is looking for a Automotive Service Writer/Adviser/Tech who can be fully trained to deliver top-notch customer service. Additionally, the opportunity to service vehicles and accumulate compensation as a technician will need to be part of the overall abilities that will be needed to handle this dual role position.
We are looking for a person who can meet/greet customers, discuss all aspects of the customer's concerns with regard to their vehicles service needs. Learn all aspects of working behind the service counter, from entering customer information to writing full service estimates. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems along with the capacity to continually learn about new technologies . Will need to have basic computer skills. Must possess effective, and understanding abilities regarding explaining the findings and solutions to accommodate the customer service concerns.
