Multifamily experience in the role of a service team member or Maintenance Technician/Make Ready.

Must be EPA or HVAC certified

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

✓ Be responsible for the safety, appearance, and operation of the community is within the expectations of the

company.

✓ Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act,

Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.

✓ Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Community Director.

✓ Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request

completion, make readies and grounds keeping.

✓ Handle emergencies (on-calls) that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or HVAC or building maintenance experience required.

Ability to take on-calls (evenings and weekends on rotation basis).

Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.

Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical preferred.

Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
