Introduction:

This position is based in our offices in Rockville or White Marsh, Maryland, and may include travel to client sites in various major metro areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level technical support and troubleshooting services, both remotely and in person.
Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide effective resolutions to technical issues.
Focus on Microsoft Servers, WatchGuard Firewalls, and Office365 environments.
Work collaboratively with junior team members to manage and resolve support tickets.
Document and report on technical issues and the solutions provided.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Servers, WatchGuard Firewalls, and Office365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members.
Flexibility to travel to client sites in major metro areas as needed.
Demonstrated ability to guide and support junior staff in handling technical support tickets.
