Job Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for PCs, Macs, printers, phones, servers, and related equipment.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, VPN clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, and Firewalls.
Configure and support Office 365, Exchange Server, and Microsoft Office applications.
Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, switches, and cabling infrastructure.
Perform hardware repairs and replacements for servers, desktops, and laptops.
Ensure the stability and security of clients' IT infrastructure following best practices.
Support both office-based and remote users, resolving network connectivity issues.
Implement and manage on-site and off-site backup solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in Managed Services or IT Services.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, physical networking, and infrastructure cabling.
Hands-on experience with firewall support, switch installation, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in server hardware, cabling, and wiring.
Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware issues.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Office 365, and Exchange Server.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Candidates preferably reside within a 30-mile radius of Fairfax, VA.
Salary: $55,000 per year
