Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Computer Technician who can work seamlessly with both PC and MAC platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform soldering tasks and use micro soldering tools, which is considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on both PC and MAC systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Perform soldering and utilize micro soldering tools for advanced repairs and modifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
Install and configure hardware and software components.
Conduct system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with the team to deliver technical solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician with a strong focus on PC and MAC systems.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Experience with soldering and the use of micro soldering tools (a significant advantage).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with a wide range of operating systems and software applications.
Technical certifications (e.g., A+ or Apple Certified Mac Technician) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
