We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy Studio Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and create a magnetic client experience at our luxury boutique fitness studio. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment and is passionate about fitness, community, and sales.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
Lead front desk and instructor teams with positivity, structure, and accountability
Own membership sales, client conversion, and community engagement goals
Create and execute growth strategies, events, and collaborations to expand brand awareness
Monitor key metrics including attendance, revenue, retention, and performance
Ensure studio cleanliness, inventory management, and maintenance standards
Be a visible leader—interacting with clients, assisting in classes, and embodying the brand daily
You Are:
Experienced (2+ years) in boutique fitness management or hospitality leadership
Proven in sales and client acquisition with a track record of hitting KPIs
Outgoing, charismatic, and energized by connecting with people
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused under pressure
A natural leader with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
