1. Full-time and part-time receptionist/coordinator.
We are seeking a pleasant, accommodating, and attentive receptionist or coordinator to join our team. Apply now! We will train you.
Responsibilities for Receptionists
Answer phone calls and book appointments in a polite and friendly manner.
We have a third party doing social media marketing as well as a virtual receptionist. You will need to provide photos and information when they need it.
You will be trained to consult the client on which package to purchase at check-out as well as on a consultation visit.
Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain a tidy reception area at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a printer/copy machine, POS system, and computer.
Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received.
Put before and after photos of clients together
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
Qualifications for Receptionists
Read, write, and speak English. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Estheticians, technicians, and newbies
Estheticians and technicians who are interested in the transformation of health and beauty. Working with us, you have the opportunity to have professional non-surgical treatment training and obtain a certificate after the training.
Newbies who are new in the field but are interested in the health and beauty industry are welcome to have an opportunity with us.
Professional training will be provided by our third party, and candidates will receive a certificate after completing the full training to be able to perform our services.
