Are you a passionate, driven, and connected individual in the homecare or healthcare sales industry? At Burlee Oaks Home Healthcare we are looking for a Homecare Community Liaison to join our growing team on a part-time basis (25 hours/week, Monday–Friday), with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after a successful 6-week contract.

Position Overview:

As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, clients, and community partners. Your primary focus will be driving referrals and closing deals that contribute to our company’s growth and mission of compassionate care.

Requirements:

2+ years in healthcare sales

1+ year of experience specifically in homecare/home health

Proven track record with existing leads and strong community connections

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask effectively

Confident in asking for business and closing deals

Proficient with computers and basic electronic tools

Ability to work independently while also taking direction

Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel locally

Must be comfortable working part-time hours (25 hours/week)

Comfortable attending networking and community events to promote services and build connections

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physicians, senior centers, social workers, and other community organizations

Attend local networking events, community outreach programs, and industry functions to promote homecare services and generate new leads

Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources consistently to build trust and encourage partnerships

Present and explain services clearly and effectively to potential clients and partners

Track all interactions, leads, referrals, and follow-ups using company systems and tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and quality of care for new clients

Meet or exceed set goals for referrals, closed deals, and outreach activity

Provide regular updates to management on outreach efforts and progress

Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compassionate manner always

Compensation:

$2,000 biweekly base pay

High commission structure for closed deals

Quarterly bonuses based on personal performance and company success

Gas stipend provided

Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance after 6 weeks and company growth

If made permanent, base pay will increase after 90 days based on performance and company growth
