Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting our company's growth in the renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to close deals
Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent sales growth
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and policy changes to maintain expertise
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions
Provide exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with sales software and tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
