Working Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm, Seasonal Sundays
Job Description:
Holly Acres, Virginia's premier marine and RV dealer, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boat/RV Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in boats and RVs.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our diverse inventory, including the latest models from Yamaha, Key West, Regal, and more.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Assist in maintaining the sales floor and display areas.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine or RV industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Passion for boating, RVs, and outdoor activities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
