Position Title: Sales Associate
Job Summary:
Patch Solutions is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about sales. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth customer handoffs
Ensure showroom or office area is organized and customer-ready
Track leads, follow up with clients, and help drive sales goals
Assist with scheduling appointments and updating client records
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with a team and independently
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
