Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Events Marketing Associate to join our team at one of the largest home remodeling companies in the United States. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have great communication skills. As a Sales and Events Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services by engaging with potential customers through door-to-door sales and attending various home shows and events.
We pay a real, guaranteed, base salary. No working for commissions only. This role provides an opportunity to learn the field of events marketing and sales while earning a fair salary. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and promote our home remodeling products and services.
2. Attend home shows, trade shows, and community events to showcase our company and engage with potential customers.
3. Provide information about our products, services, and promotions to potential customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
5. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
7. Collect and record customer information and feedback for follow-up and future marketing initiatives.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willingness to work weekends occasionally.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
