Job Responsibilities
The Restaurant Cleaning Sales Associate will play a vital role in expanding and maintaining our client base.
Primary responsibilities include:
Visiting restaurants in the assigned region to offer our cleaning services.
Following up with potential and current clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and service needs.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the hood cleaning business and operational procedures.
Collaborating with cleaning crews to schedule and coordinate future cleaning services.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the Sales Associate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Organizational skills to manage follow-ups and scheduling efficiently.
Proficiency in operating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records
Ability to guide clients through the contract process, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
Proficiency in obtaining client signatures on agreements while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Compensation
Hourly Wage + Commissions
This position offers a competitive hourly pay and an opportunity to earn additional commissions based on sales performance.
