RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer order request, walk ups, telephone, email and e-commerce.
Provide information about the products and services.
Ability to manage workflow under tight deadlines.
Respond quickly and accurately to customers request and follow up on quotes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in customer service, minimum 1 year.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Computer literacy
Math Skills - able to use a measuring tape
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
