Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential investment properties that align with company goals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
Source deals through various platforms such as MLS, property listings, auctions, etc.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key industry players.
Collaborate with agents and brokers to gather new investment leads and gain market insights.
Regularly follow up with agents and brokers to ensure you're staying on top of new opportunities.
Cold Calling & Email Campaigns:
Conduct cold calls to real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to inquire about available investment opportunities.
Send personalized emails to nurture relationships and generate interest in available investment properties.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up consistently.
Market Research:
Stay up to date with market trends, investment hotspots, and emerging opportunities.
Research neighborhoods, pricing trends, and property values to identify high-potential investment properties.
Analyze investment opportunities to ensure they meet financial goals and criteria.
Organization & Reporting:
Maintain a detailed CRM system with up-to-date notes, interactions, and status of leads.
Provide regular updates on lead status and market insights to the team.
Prioritize leads based on potential and keep track of ongoing negotiations and communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate market, investment property types, and common industry terms.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable with cold calls and professional email correspondence.
Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to research investment opportunities, evaluate property data, and identify trends in the market.
CRM & Organizational Skills: Experience using CRM software to track leads and ensure follow-up activities are scheduled and completed.
Goal-Oriented: Able to meet lead generation and deal-sourcing targets while managing multiple relationships and projects.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and stay motivated in a remote or fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in lead generation, sales, real estate is a plus. Prior Dood-Door roofing, siding, exterior sales is a plus.
Familiarity with investment strategies such as buy-and-hold, fix-and-flip, or multi-family properties.
