Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospects.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience (experience in the pest control industry is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.

Highly motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
