Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with product selection, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. You will promote our products, ensure customer satisfaction, and support daily store operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations based on their needs.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with all company and district policies and procedures.
Accurately process transactions using our POS system and handle cash responsibly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new product releases, and company promotions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding service.
Assist in inventory management, restocking, and product displays as needed.
Qualifications:
You will need to obtain the required certification in compliance with Washington, D.C. regulations as part of your onboarding process.
Must be 21 years or older (as required by company policy).
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
Knowledge of retail products and industry trends is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system efficiently.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must pass any required background checks per company policy.
