Professional needed for growing digital marketing & printing firm located in Northern Virginia. An outgoing attitude and great communication skills are required. The desired candidate would also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and experience with a CRM. Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe.

We are a growing business whose growth is directly related to having competent and dependable people to help run the business, and service our clients. We have a diverse client base such as Associations, Corporations, Colleges & Universities, Design Firms, Law firms, Government Agencies, and Small Businesses. This job would be a great situation for someone who is looking to grow with a company, and make a significant impact.

This job would assist with customer service related communications regarding orders, status, preparation of proofs, as well as communication with vendors when applicable. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be outgoing and reach out to past clients via email and phone to re-engage them. We do a lot of meeting and event work, and now that Covid is no longer a restriction for meetings, we need to directly communicate with all past clients.

This is a part or full time position depending upon the candidates needs. Work is able to be performed remotely, but occasionally there will be times for in-person client meetings, or meeting with vendors in the DC / Northern Virginia area. That is the exception though, the far majority of work can be performed remotely.
