You will be paid a weekly salary, commission and a signing bonus based on experience! Salary will be based on experience but I am willing to teach as long as you have a good foundation and initial knowledge of being a Finance Manager, especially with 2nd chance. A lot of second chance credit customers, but also prime to super prime, but second chance finance understanding is very important.
