Additional responsibilities for this position, but not limited to;
- Greet customers arriving the dealership.
- Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain the features, benefits and warranties.
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers/ vehicles.
- Coordinate with the Sales Managers to determine each customers’ financing and ownership options.
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
- Prospect potential customers for future business
Skills and Qualifications
-Billingual in Spanish and English
- Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
- In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options and sales process
- Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
- Confidence to create a positive impression
- Organization and time management skills are a must
- Ability to take direction and retain the information for future similar situations
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with other associates, Managers and customers
Signing Bonus $2,000 (upon compeletion of 6 months)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
