Contracting & Communications Services, Inc. (CCSI) a Network and Structured Cabling company has immediate openings for full-time (40 hrs/week) Low Voltage Cable Technicians with experience installing all types of copper and fiber low voltage systems.
Salary: $25.00/hr
Experience with the following a plus:
Install, terminate, test, label, and document horizontal, backbone and other cables
Dress and route cable into telecommunications closet, modular furniture, and other work areas
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain Security Clearance
Familiar with Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a installation, labeling and testing
Ability to terminate RJ45 jacks and Patch Panels
An understanding of network/Audio/Video cabling a plus
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach and possess a professional manner
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
Reliable transportation
Ability to work overtime if needed
Have valid driver's license and good driving record
