We are a full-service Design/Build business specializing in, but not limited to, basement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling. A showroom associate/administrative assistant, must be able to but not limited to:
Coordinate appointments, meetings, Schedule estimates
Follow up with Reps to make sure displayed material is current
Make sure price books and customer pamphlets are current
Order and receive materials
Must be comfortable with sales and collecting payments
Create spreadsheets as needed
Communicate with vendors
Participate in Home Improvement Shows
This position is available to someone with experience in the Kitchen / Bath Home Improvement setting but also available to someone who may have had building material sales experience. Must be able to be taught plus a fast learner. The candidate needs to be able to work independently, be dependable and flexible with work schedule. This position can and should eventually lead to a management position within a year. Some paid travel required approx 5 days per year for product training.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual. This position doesn't require an Interior design or Decorating degree but helps if you have worked in the environment, you have Admin. skills with the ability to sell and willing to learn. If that's you this is your job!
