Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with product demonstrations and answer customer questions about merchandise
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to sell products and promote upselling opportunities
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of product demos to effectively showcase merchandise features
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels accurately
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
Spanish speaking is a plus.
