Busy real estate broker seeks showing assistants to help show properties in DC, MD, & VA.
Part-time with potential to become full-time.
Requirements -
Must be currently licensed, if you are taking the RE exam soon (< 2 weeks) or just passed the exam but have yet to affiliate with a broker I am also willing to talk to you.
Must possess a safe, reliable, presentable, and insured automobile and a good driving record.
Must affiliate with my brokerage.
Must maintain your own real estate licenses, Realtor & MLS membership, however, I will reimburse your licensing and continuing education costs provided you achieve certain milestones (1 year of service & 250+ showings/year completed).
Description:
I will cover your E&O Insurance and business cards from day 1 and offer you 95% commission on any transactions you bring to the table from your COI.
Showing assistants will have a set schedule when they must be available to show properties. I will guarantee you a baseline income even if it's a slow week or month so you will receive a minimum income even if you do not show any properties as long as you are available during your assigned coverage days/hours. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
I normally pay a per-showing rate but will also guarantee you a minimum hourly + mileage reimbursement in case for some reason the showings take a longer than normal or require a lot of driving, etc. I may offer you showings outside of your assigned coverage times and you are free to accept or decline showings when it's convenient for you outside of your assigned shifts.
